What if I don’t have insurance?
Send the form anyway and write “none” as your insurance. We help uninsured patients get Spravato through the manufacturer, and our fee is $40 a session.
What if I’m on NJ Medicaid?
Write your NJ FamilyCare plan as your insurance. With Medicaid, Spravato costs you $0; initial denials are common, and we handle the appeal.
