Why distance matters
Eight visits in the first month, then fewer.
Spravato starts twice a week for four weeks, then weekly for four weeks, then weekly or every other week. Every visit includes at least two hours of rest after your dose, and you can’t drive yourself home.
So the drive counts twice: for you, and for whoever brings you. A longer drive can still work, especially with Saturday or early-morning slots, as long as it’s planned. What a treatment day is like.
How we measured
Real routes, no traffic.
Each time is a driving route from the center of the town to the office door, calculated with OpenStreetMap routing. Rush hour will be slower; Saturday mornings are often close to these times.
